Hello, I’ve had this piercing for 1/2 month now and about 20 days ago I started having this bump on and inside my nose. Since having the piercing I’ve been cleaning it twice daily with saline water. However the bump shows no sign of shrinkage or going away. Is it just a bump or maybe a potential keloid, ans what can I do to get rid of it?
